Lynn practices in the areas of immigration law and general litigation at Dreyfus Law Group and as of counsel at Mohammed, Shamaileh & Tabahi, LLC.
In immigration law, Lynn has handled a diverse array of case matters, including family-based petitions, adjustments of status, citizenship and naturalization applications, fiancé visas, and the defense of clients in deportation proceedings. Lynn has experience interacting with local authorities, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) and with the consular processing offices in various countries.
In litigation, Lynn has handled cases of all types and sizes, including mortgage foreclosure defense, breach-of-contract claims, and partnership disputes. Lynn has represented clients from initial demand letters through trial, most often securing favorable settlements for her clients.
While attending law school, Lynn completed the litigation concentration certification and externed at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office. Lynn currently serves as an officer and board member on the SABA Chicago Foundation and volunteers at SABA Chicago’s “Cyriac Kappil” Indo‐American Center Pro bono Clinic. In 2014, Lynn received an award from CVLS in recognition of her commitment to pro bono service.
